The Salvation Army's Dreaming in Colour initiative is a 14-week employment essentials program funded by the City of Toronto. Here, we focus on helping individuals build and develop life skills for achieving their career goals.

Job hunting can be a frustrating process, but for those with added barriers, the challenges are amplified. This program is designed for newcomers, individuals with low-literacy rates, and mental health related issues.
