The Salvation Army's Dreaming in Colour program designed to enhance participants’ employability and support participants in their career journeys. 
 

This program includes weeks of in-class training, field trip activities and personalized career consultation, focusing on developing life skills, self-understanding and employment preparation. 
 

It is for people who are motivated to make positive changes and are interested in building a supportive peer network.
