 Pathway of Hope provides individualized support designed for families living in poverty or in a state of crisis.

This is an intensive case management program where a caseworker supports individuals and families in working towards their life goals.

We offer this service to willing participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in participating or know someone who could benefit the program, we would love to meet with you to discuss further. ​
